Commercial Property: Schedule of Condition

Situation:

As part of a change of tenancy and following a full refurbishment of the property, the Client required a Schedule of Condition as part of a new commercial tenancy for the boutique retail unit.

Solution:

AuthentiSurv undertook a thorough inspection and documented the existing condition of the property, inside and out. Producing a detailed report to highlight particular points of focus and in line with industry best practice of using descriptive assessment and not simply reliant upon photos, stakeholder attention was drawn to elements requiring explicit review and agreement; with a full set of high-quality photographs being shared on completion.
