The Client and their Agent manage their portfolio in a more proactive and planned approach. Wanting to fully understand the upcoming major works required to the Estate, they required professional assessment and budget costings for capital expenditure over the next 10 years in which to support positive financial forecasting and collection of funds.


Solution:

AuthentiSurv Ltd undertook extensive surveys and assessments of five luxury apartment buildings, reviewing planned preventative maintenance needs as well as capital expenditure over the next 10 years.


Producing detailed reports and fully costed schedules fort each, the building stakeholders now have valuable records for proactive planning and financial forecasting, allowing appropriate collection of funds in advance of each years major works and refurbishment projects with full justification of each element, a photographic schedule of condition and reports to support leaseholder engagement and dialogue.


AuthentiSurv use the BCIS schedule of rates to ensure accuracy of budgeting and financial forecast, adjusting for the location, quality and type of development being reviewed.
