Drainage System Mapping and Condition Surveys

Situation:

The Clients' site was suffering from numerous drainage system issues, blockages and hydraulic overload of their treatment plant.

Site records obtained by the Client over the last 12-15 years created confusion with conflicting information across different formats of drawings, schematics and drainage reports.

Solution:

AuthentiSurv worked closely with the Client and 'Ultraflow Drainage Ltd' to complete an Estate wide inspection of the drainage systems serving Residential, Commercial and Laboratory buildings.

Undertaking detailed and methodical CCTV surveys of all drain lines, chambers, gullies and channels; producing detailed reports on completion.

AuthentiSurv mapped out all systems to update Estate records and produced drawings, illustrating all connections and waste system layouts.

During the works, all lines, chambers and pit were jetted, cleaned and vacuumed out to leave the system in the best possible condition.

Upon completion, AuthentiSurv created marked up drawings and produced a remedials schedule to help the Client easily identify where issues remained on site, with clear advice as to how to address each element for a full system repair.
