Fire Damage Assessment and Reinstatement Services

Situation:

The semi-detached property suffered a major fire that resulted in significant damage to the roof, upper floor flats and subsequent water damage to all other units. Resulting in six flats and occupants being relocated whilst remedials took place.

Solution:

AuthentiSurv were contacted shortly after the fire to support the disaster recovery process and engaged with the Landlord, Insurers' Loss Adjusters and Contractors to provide all necessary assessments, surveys, reports etc.

Following an initial Drone Survey of the site and damaged/fragile roof; the AuthentiSurv Team produced schedules of works for initial emergency weatherproofing along with strip-out scope for all fire, smoke and water damages throughout the property.

Proactively liaising with all parties throughout the process ensured all stakeholders were fully informed at all times.
